Product Description
Whether new to or an experienced biodiesel producer, a Biostation™20 helps you produce 2000 litres of high quality biofuel safely every 24 hours through specialist process automation and two modular Biostations™.
To make biodiesel you need 2000 litres of waste or virgin vegetable oil plus 400 litres of methanol and catalyst – Sodium or Pottasium Hydroxide. All supplies can be purchased through Enertec™ Fuels Ltd.
The first Biostation™ automates the heating, mixing and separation stages, whilst the second Biostation™ automates biodiesel purification.
